William Hubbard, President/CEO

William (Bill) Hubbard is the Bank's President and CEO. He has been with the Bank since 1979 and has worked with many facets of its operations. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Capital University. Mr. Hubbard is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has served on the board since 1982. Bill resides in Bainbridge.

Jon Wisecup, CFO/Senior Vice President

Jon Wisecup is a Senior Vice President with The Rockhold, Brown & Co. Bank and serves as the CFO and Marketing Director. Jon has been with the Bank since 2008. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Deposit Operations at NCB (National Cooperative Bank). He was with NCB for 6 years. Jon earned a bachelor's degree in finance and business management from the Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He has served on the board since 2011. Jon resides in Bainbridge.

Rick Givens, Director of Lending

Rick Givens is the Director of Lending with The Rockhold, Brown & Co. Bank. Rick started with the Bank in 2012. Before joining Rockhold, Rick worked at Bank of America as Vice President, Process and Performance Manager for 1 year, and was with Oak Hill/Wesbanco Bank as their Vice President, Director of Residential Lending for 13 years. Rick attended Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. Rick resides in Chillicothe.
